It is good to see that the White House does take seriously the relationship between the United States and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
It is also good to see that a person with your breadth of experience is in charge of this project.
One question, if I may.
Why is the project so secret? Would not some Sunshine bring needed light to the plight of the Venezuelan peoples?
